Though Agile methodology was in use, the progress was very rigid. We were able to jump right in with our expertise, structured the requirements and restructured the delivery in a Pareto approach that resulted in exceptional turn around in implementation, stress free project environment and successful implementation of the software that enabled the company to enjoy its full benefits.

REGULATORY CHANGE

Often clients have everything they need to succeed, they just require a keen eye to support them to utilise and optimise thier resources in order to make a strategic jump. We managed the regulatory programme for several years with the whole picture of the long term programme from the onset and the results were truly spectacular.

Lots of companies suffer from their own ambitions by running so many projects simultaneuosly and later wonder about the lack of resources.  More often than not they need a clear and pragmatic approach to set up a first step PMO and agree on a criteria of portfolio project prioritisation.  A real story of success that we can work with various clients to replicate.
